1. Ordering & Account

  • How do I place an order? Simply select your desired design, color, and size, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. Follow the checkout prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders enter processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Sizing & Product Care

  • How do your t-shirts fit? Our t-shirts feature a classic unisex fit. If you prefer a traditional fit, order your standard size. For an oversized streetwear look, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide on product pages for detailed measurements.

  • How should I care for my graphic t-shirt? Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best longevity. Do not iron directly over the printed graphic.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take? Production takes 2–5 business days, and domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Do you offer tracking? Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.
